Ann Gurley is a seasoned real estate professional currently serving as the Principal Broker and Operations + Compliance at West + Main Homes since January 2021. Previously, Ann held the role of Listing Specialist at Keller Williams Realty, where expertise in negotiations and sales promotions contributed to the successful marketing of 45 properties. Ann's background includes serving as a Broker Associate at Kentwood Real Estate, where more than 100 client opportunities were developed, and 25 transactions were completed within eight months. Earlier experience includes roles as a Buyer's Agent and Licensed Assistant, as well as a teacher at Adams 12 Five Star Schools, showcasing a strong foundation in educational methodologies. Ann holds a Master’s degree in Linguistically Diverse Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Colorado Denver.
