Tim Dixon has extensive experience in various engineering and manufacturing roles. Tim also has experience as an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer at UTC Aerospace Systems, where they identified and executed production improvement opportunities. Tim also worked as a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer at TRW, where they developed and sustained manufacturing processes for vehicle air bag inflators. Additionally, they have experience as a Design and Manufacturing Engineer at Foresight Technologies and as a Manufacturing Engineer and Production Supervisor at Advanced Integration Technologies. Tim's early career includes a role as a Hydraulics Supervisor at Harter Aerospace, where they managed a team and implemented initiatives to improve efficiency and product quality.
