Marcus Kaden has extensive experience in supply chain management and manufacturing, currently serving as Director of Global Network Manufacturing Programs at West Pharmaceutical Services since February 2005. Kaden has held various leadership roles within the company, including Director of Manufacturing Programs for Europe and Senior Manager of Supply Chain. Additionally, Kaden worked as a Senior Consultant and lecturer at the Lean Institute (R) Germany from 2009 to 2019. Kaden holds an MBA in Business Administration from Coventry University, a Bachelor of Arts in Logistics from Coventry University, a Diplom-Kaufmann degree from FH Aachen University of Applied Sciences, and an Industriekaufmann qualification from IHK Aachen.
