Madison Purrenhage's work experience includes various roles in the field of customer experience and design. Madison started their career at Stryker as a Business Development Analyst, where they analyzed potential acquisition targets and made recommendations based on the analysis. Madison then worked at Rock Ventures LLC as a Government Relations Specialist, where they designed presentations and completed research for various projects. After that, Madison worked as a Customer Experience Strategy Consultant at West Monroe Partners, where they conducted assessments for clients and designed deliverables and presentations. Madison also served as a teaching assistant at the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business, supporting professors and mentoring students in innovation and business problem-solving. Madison currently holds a role at West Monroe as a Manager & Lead Experience Designer, where they lead engagements across different industries and continues to develop their project and account management skills.

Madison Purrenhage holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management Consulting & The Program of Liberal Studies from the University of Notre Dame.
