Katie Denk, PHR, MHRIR, currently serves as a Global Talent Business Partner at West Monroe since June 2022. Prior to this role, Katie held various positions at JLL from June 2016 to June 2022, including HR Business Partner, HR Advisor, Employee Relations Specialist, and HR Associate. Previous experience also includes working as an HR Specialist at AEP Energy from July 2014 to June 2016, and as an FMLA Specialist at ComPsych from March 2013 to July 2014. Katie began their career as a Receptionist at FordHarrison LLP from December 2011 to March 2013. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Lake Forest College and a Master of Human Resources and Industrial Relations (MHRIR) from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, School of Labor and Employment Relations.
