Thomas Case has extensive experience in roles focused on accessibility, equality, and community support. Presently, Thomas serves as a Train Presentation Operative at Northern and is involved with CROSS COUNTRY TRAINS LIMITED as a member of the Cross Country Accessibility Panel. Additionally, Thomas contributes to the West Midlands Trains Stakeholder Equality Group, emphasizing staff education on passenger needs. As a Tenant Inspector for Torus, Thomas provides feedback on the housing association’s work. In a voluntary capacity, Thomas chairs the Knowsley Autism Service Development Group, collaborating with various organizations to support autistic adults.
