Amy Smith is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in employee relations and HR management within the healthcare sector. Since July 2017, Amy has served as the Head of Employee Relations at West Midlands Police. Prior roles include Deputy Head of Human Resources at Birmingham Women's and Children's NHS Foundation Trust and HR Business Partner at North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare NHS Trust. With qualifications including an MA in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University and a 1st Class LLB (Hons) in Law from Staffordshire University, Amy brings a strong educational background to their leadership roles.
