Bill Macdhubhain has extensive experience in management and operational support within employment services. Currently serving as Assistant Manager of Regional Facilities at West Michigan Works! since January 2018, Bill assists in the management of 11 facilities within the agency region. Concurrently, Bill has been an Assistant Manager at West Michigan Works in Ottawa County, overseeing five career development professionals and supporting the West Michigan Service Center in Holland, Michigan. Previously, Bill held roles as Team Supervisor and Services Coordinator at Ottawa County Michigan Works from 2004 to 2015, focusing on delivering employment services to local job seekers. Bill's career began with the U.S. Coast Guard, where responsibilities included administrative and human resources functions from 1979 to 2004. Bill holds a Master of Science in Education from Old Dominion University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Baldwin-Wallace University.
