Claire Morris is an experienced professional in community engagement and advocacy, currently serving as a Community Engagement Officer at West Lindsey District Council since July 2022. Prior roles include Director of Advocacy and Global Advocacy Director at THE WORLDWIDE HOSPICE PALLIATIVE CARE ALLIANCE, where Claire focused on global advocacy for hospice and palliative care. Claire's expertise in palliative care is further enhanced by participation in the Clore Social Leadership Programme as a Clore Social Fellow from January 2015 to January 2017. Additional experience includes leading health projects at Doteveryone, managing international advocacy initiatives at Help the Hospices, and teaching ESL at Centro de Educación Continua - EPN. Claire holds an MSc in Development Management from the Open University and a BA in History from the University of Leeds.
