Victor Fung currently serves as the Manager of Land and Property at the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority, a position held since July 2023, after previously working as an Assistant Manager in the same department. Prior to this role, Victor Fung gained experience at Swire Properties from June 2020 to July 2023, starting as a Sales Officer and advancing to Assistant Sales Manager. Earlier professional experience includes an Investment Analyst position at JLL from July 2016 to December 2018 and a Summer Internship at the Government Property Agency in 2015. Academic qualifications include a degree in Surveying from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (2012-2016), studies in Construction Management at Tsinghua University (2014-2015), and a degree in Property Economics from the University of Technology Sydney (2015-2016).
