Paul Luk has substantial experience in security and health and safety management across various prestigious organizations, including the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority and Jumeirah Group. Currently serving as a co-opted member of the Education and Training Task Force at the Qualifications Framework Secretariat, Paul is also the Manager of Museum Security for M+ Museum. Previously, Paul held multiple leadership positions at Jumeirah Group, directing security operations and health and safety across luxury properties such as Burj Al Arab and Jumeirah at Etihad Towers. Early career roles included positions at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group and APT Industrial Safety Consultants, focusing on developing health and safety management systems and training programs. Paul holds various degrees and certifications in business management, safety auditing, and human factors in manufacturing systems.
