Previously, Dylan worked at Cardiff City Football Club as an Academy Performance Analyst. Dylan holds a Master of Science degree in Sport Performance Analysis from Cardiff Metropolitan University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Brighton.
