Jeanne Berrong is an experienced educator with a diverse background in teaching and educational leadership. Currently serving as an English Teacher at Mt. SAC Early College Academy since August 2020, Berrong also holds the position of Secretary for the California Association of IB World Schools. Previous roles include PYP Coordinator at Orangewood Elementary School and TOSA, District IB Coordinator for West Covina Unified School District. Berrong has extensive experience with the International Baccalaureate curriculum, having served as the IB Diploma Programme Coordinator and Theory of Knowledge Teacher at Edgewood High School, along with positions such as English Department Lead and Humanities Lead at Walnut Grove Intermediate School. Beginning a career in education at Upland High School, Berrong has consistently contributed to the field since the early 1990s, underpinned by advanced degrees in Education and English Language and Literature from Claremont Graduate University and California State University, Fullerton.
