Jerry Webb is a Senior Technical Advisor at WEST Consultants, Inc., with expertise in water resources engineering, following a distinguished career spanning over 44 years with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, where Webb served as a Principal Hydrologic & Hydraulic Engineer until retirement in December 2018. Prior military service includes a tenure as a Lieutenant Colonel and Commander of the 130th Civil Engineering Squadron in the West Virginia Air National Guard from September 1996 to September 2008. Webb holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, specializing in Sedimentation and River Mechanics, from Colorado State University, attained in 1981.
