Richard O'Connell serves as the General Manager of Community & Game Development at the West Coast Eagles, a leading Australian Football League club, since December 2016. Prior to this role, Richard O'Connell held various positions at BHP Billiton from 2001 to 2016, including Group Manager of Community Development for the BHP Billiton Global Foundation and Head of Community & Indigenous Affairs.
