Mark Pontzer is a seasoned professional in education and law, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Human Resources at West Chester Area School District since July 2022. In addition to this role, Mark Pontzer has been a JAG Attorney with the Pennsylvania National Guard since 2010 and operates Mark Pontzer Law since 2008. Previous experiences include serving as Assistant Principal at Southeast Delco School District from December 2015 to August 2022 and as an Educator at Garnet Valley School District and Coatesville Area School District. Mark Pontzer began a career in education after contributing as a Peace Corps Volunteer from 1998 to 1999. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor from Widener University Schools of Law, a Master’s Degree in Education Administration from Temple University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology & Secondary Education from La Salle University.
