Mark A. Groves has over 25 years of experience in facilities and construction management. Since November 1998, Mark has served as the Assistant Director of Facilities and Operations and as the Capital Program Manager for the West Chester Area School District, overseeing a Capital Building Improvement Program that includes projects valued up to $70 million for a new high school. Prior to this role, Mark worked as a Project Engineer with the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority from May 1993 to November 1998, managing construction projects up to $50 million related to busing, rail, and subway facilities. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Construction Engineering Technology from Temple University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Math and Sciences from Montgomery County Community College.
