Cynthia Elvin has extensive experience in the transportation and customer service sectors, currently serving as a Transportation Technician at West Chester Area School District since August 2021. Prior to this role, Cynthia worked at Krapf Bus Companies from November 2004 to August 2021 as a Procurement Agent, where responsibilities included procuring parts for the Coach/Transit division and maintaining repair records. Additionally, Cynthia held the position of Assistant Shop Supervisor at Krapf Bus Companies from January 2010 to April 2014, having been with the company since November 1999, which began with part-time driving. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Member Service Representative at Citadel Federal Credit Union from May 1994 to September 1998, assisting customers with various banking services. Cynthia earned an Associates of Science degree in Media Technology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania between 1990 and 1993.
