Zach Stubbs has a strong background in banking and finance, with significant experience at West Bank. Zach held various roles at West Bank from 2011 to the present, including Vice President - Central Iowa Market Retail Banking Manager, Senior Vice President - Head of Retail Banking, and currently serves as Vice President Commercial Banking. Zach also has leadership experience outside of the banking industry, serving on the Executive Leadership Team Board of the American Heart Association and as a Board Member for the West Des Moines Chamber of Commerce. Zach is also involved in community organizations such as the West Des Moines Rotary and the West Des Moines Community Schools Student Scholarship Fund. Prior to their time at West Bank, Zach was a Branch Manager at Regions Financial Corporation. Overall, Zach Stubbs has a diverse and extensive work history in banking and community involvement.

Zach Stubbs attended Roosevelt High School, where they studied Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. After completing high school, they went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Westminster College (MO).
