Geeta Raj is an experienced professional specializing in human resources and organizational culture, currently serving as the Director of People & Culture at Veltris since October 2023 and as the Associate Director of People & Culture at West Agile Labs since June 2022. Previously, Geeta held various leadership roles including Head of Human Resources at Global Tree, Dy. General Manager of HR, Legal & Admin at Tata Motors, and Head of HR & Operations at Global Tree Education & Immigration Services. Additionally, Geeta has a background in entrepreneurship and training, having worked as an Entrepreneur and Trainer at Ophir Events, and expertise in recruitment and HR management from positions at Proxim Wireless and Ness IBS. Geeta began a career in law as a Junior Lawyer at the High Court of Andhra Pradesh and holds a Bachelor of Laws (B.L.) from Osmania University.
