Joëlle Evelyne THIEMELE is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in public relations, strategic communication, and project management across various sectors. Currently serving as Communications Manager at the West African Development Bank since October 2022, Joëlle previously owned and managed NOTA BENE Strategic Concept, providing consulting services in PR and educational coaching until June 2023. Notable roles include Senior Project Manager at the African Press Organization, Marketing Executive at JCDecaux, and HR Project Officer at the French Ministry of Defense, where Joëlle led the implementation of a new HR system. Joëlle has also held significant positions at The World Bank and UNDP, contributing to communication strategies and outreach efforts. An educational background includes a Master’s degree in Mass Communication from Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from UQAM.
