Hayley McGregor is a dedicated Special Education Teacher at West Ada School District, where since August 2018, Hayley has been teaching students aged 14 to 18 in a Study Skills class within a Special Education Resource room, focusing on helping students achieve their IEP goals and enhancing their organizational skills. Prior to this role, Hayley completed student teaching at Shadow Ridge High School and Iverson Elementary School. Previous experience includes working as a Medical Emergency Dispatch Operator at AvantGuard Monitoring Centers, assisting individuals in medical crises, and serving as an HR Consultant for Access Point Family Services, where Hayley mentored children with disabilities. Hayley holds a Bachelor's degree in Special Education and Teaching from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
