Currently serving as the Environment and Planning Manager at Wessex Water Engineering and Construction since August 2018, Rachel has been with Wessex Water since 2010, holding the position of Environmental Manager within the same division. Rachel holds a Master of Engineering degree in Environmental and Civil Engineering from the University of Southampton, obtained between 1992 and 1996.
