Nikki Hatherell is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in providing strategic HR support and advice. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Wessex Water since April 2013, Nikki collaborates with key areas such as GENeco, Strategy & New Markets, Information Systems, and Scientific Labs at Saltford. Prior to this role, Nikki was a Human Resources Manager at Occam DM Ltd from September 2003 to April 2013, and served as HR & Payroll Manager at City of Bath College from April 1992 to July 2003. Nikki holds a CIPD degree in HR from the University of the West of England, completed between 1988 and 1992.
