Tom Holland MRICS currently serves as a Property Asset Manager at Wesleyan, a role commenced in November 2022, where responsibilities include managing a property portfolio exceeding 100 properties across the UK, valued over £400 million. Prior to this, Tom held the position of Senior Associate at Workman LLP from September 2013 to November 2022. Early in the career, Tom was an LTA Licensed Tennis Coach at Henley-in-Arden Tennis Club between May 2006 and July 2011. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Real Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Reading.
