Olivia Sayers has extensive experience in child welfare and support roles, currently serving as an OOHC Carer Recruitment, Assessor and Support at Wesley Mission since December 2014, where responsibilities include the recruitment, review, education, and engagement of carers for children and young people in Out of Home Care (OOHC). Previously, Olivia worked as an OOHC Case Manager, focusing on promoting the welfare of children and families in OOHC. Earlier roles include a Clinical Social Work Intern at the Department of Family and Community Services (NSW), responsible for managing risk assessments and case planning for children's safety and well-being, and a Clinical Social Work Intern at Cerebral Palsy Alliance, where case management of children and families was a key focus. Olivia holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Western Sydney University and additional qualifications in Foster Care Assessment Skills and Counseling & Psychology.
