Rebecca Maletto-Cornell serves as the Program Director/ Manager for the Foster Grandparent Program of Southwestern PA at Wesley Family Services since October 2017, focusing on children's needs and engaging senior citizens for community solutions. With nearly 20 years of experience in fostering volunteerism and mentorship, Rebecca has previously held roles as Volunteer Manager at South Hills Interfaith Movement and Mentoring Specialist at Amachi Pittsburgh, where significant increases in placements were achieved. Prior experience includes a long tenure at the American Red Cross Southwestern Pennsylvania Chapter in various capacities related to the Foster Grandparent Program, along with teaching courses on volunteer management at CCAC's Non-Profit Academy Institute. Rebecca also has earlier experience in administrative roles in different sectors, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Penn State University.
