Mike DeStefon is an experienced executive in the rehabilitation and senior living sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Director at Wesley Enhanced Living since July 2010, Mike has successfully completed NHA training within a year and managed a $15 million renovation project focused on enhancing resident life in a continuing care retirement community. Previously, Mike held the position of Corporate Director of Rehab, overseeing rehabilitation services for a multisite organization. Prior experience includes roles as Regional Rehab Director at Five Star Quality Care, Inc., and Area Director of Rehab for PA/DE at Extendicare, as well as Regional Director of Rehab at Select Medical Corporation. Mike holds a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from Temple University, earned between 1987 and 1991.
