Warren Baillie is a Council Member at Wesley College. Prior to this, they were the President of the Governance Institute of Australia from 2018-2020, and a Non-Executive Director on their National Board. Before that, they worked as Senior Legal Counsel for Woodside Energy from 2005-2012, and before that as General Counsel & Company Secretary for Ticor Ltd from 2004-2005. Warren began their career as a Senior Associate at Norton Rose Australia in 2002.

Warren Baillie has a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia, a Company Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Commerce degree from The University of Western Australia, and a Law degree from Murdoch University. Warren also attended Wesley College, Perth and the University of Western Australia.
