Simon T. is an Associate Attorney at Wesierski & Zurek LLP, having commenced in August 2023, and previously served as a law clerk at various legal organizations, including the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association, where Simon completed a fellowship that involved drafting legal documents and analyzing client case files for personal injury matters. As a student volunteer in the Entertainment Law Clinic at Chapman University, Simon engaged with filmmakers to identify legal issues, drafted contracts, and provided client guidance. Experience also includes work with the Public Law Center assisting domestic abuse survivors, and Legal Services of Northern California focusing on health insurance advocacy, in addition to teaching assistant roles at the University of San Diego. Simon holds a Juris Doctor from Chapman University Fowler School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of San Diego.
