Yoad Snapir has worked in the technology industry since 2004. Yoad began their career as a SAP Basis Team Leader in the Israel Defense Forces. In 2007, they joined Xact Soft. as a Senior SAP BASIS Consultant. From 2009 to 2014, they worked at multiple companies, including Jivy Group as a Technology Advisor and CTO, MarketsPulse as a CTO, XPG Live Dealer Casino www.xprogaming.com as a CTO, and Quintessence as a Quantitive Analyst. In 2014, they became the Director of Technology for the non-profit Games for Peace. In 2015, they Co-Founded and became CTO of Wescover, an organization that enables users to digitally discover and purchase items in the physical spaces around them.

Yoad Snapir obtained a B.Sc. in Computer Sciences from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo between 2004 and 2008. Yoad then attended the IDesign Project Design Master Class and the IDesign Architect's Master Class from 2014 to 2016, both in the field of Software Architecture.
