Todd Williams has extensive experience in Agile transformation and Lean Portfolio Management, holding various leadership roles in different companies such as Wesco, Tru Agility LLC, Wells Fargo, The Standard, McKesson, Bank of America, Ericsson, CompuCom, AT&T, and Joliet Junior College. With a Master of Science in Applied Telecommunications from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Management and Psychology from The University of New Mexico, Todd has led multiple Agile transformations, coached teams, and managed Lean initiatives throughout their career.
