Prior experience includes over 18 years at Princess Auto Ltd., where Garrett served as Assistant Store Manager, Acting Store Manager, and Buyer, effectively managing multiple product categories and achieving significant sales milestones. Garrett's leadership and management capabilities were honed through various roles, including Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, overseeing teams of up to 35 individuals and ensuring operational excellence. Educational qualifications include a Certified Professional Purchaser program from the University of Manitoba and a background in Biology from The University of Winnipeg.
