Ronda Vencil has extensive experience in financial reporting and SEC compliance, currently serving as the Director of SEC Reporting at Werner Enterprises since August 2021. Previously, Ronda held the position of Director of SEC Financial Reporting at TD Ameritrade from December 2005 to July 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing SEC report preparation and compliance. Additional experience includes roles as a Financial Reporting Consultant at TD Ameritrade, Controller at Continental Alarm & Detection, Project Manager at Mutual of Omaha, and Audit Manager at Deloitte. Ronda began a career in finance as a Staff Accountant at Blackman & Associates and as an Accountant at the Metropolitan Omaha Builders Association. Ronda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
