Mike Poole is the Director of Cyber Security at Werner Enterprises, a position held since May 2023. Previously, Mike served as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Red Berry Innovations, Inc., where accomplishments included developing a CMMC certification program and a Risk Assessment plan. With 18 years of experience in the United States Air Force, Mike held various roles including Cybersecurity Operations Planner, Cyberspace Operations Officer, Cyber Squadron Commander, and Resource Manager, focusing on strategic cyber operations, mission system defense, and project planning. Mike Poole holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Arts in Global Leadership from the University of San Diego and two Master's degrees in Management Information Systems from Walden University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Wright State University.
