Arnold Leenheer is an experienced transformation manager currently serving as a Veranderingsmanager at the Ministerie van Defensie since September 2024. With a focus on sustainable impact and innovation, Arnold has led various transformation initiatives throughout a career that began at ProfResult in September 2011, where Arnold holds the role of Eigenaar en Transitiemanager. Previous significant positions include Digital Transitiemanager at Alliander, where Arnold was responsible for digital transformation leadership, and Transitiemanager at Enexis Groep, focusing on the implementation of SAFe Agile practices. Arnold also co-owned Rambla bv, directing personal, team, and organizational transitions, and has held roles in operations management and consulting across several other organizations. Arnold holds a BSC in Commercial Business and Information Technology from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
