Neil Daniel has extensive experience in plant management and production operations, currently serving as Shift Plant Manager at both WEPA UK and Northwood-Wepa Ltd since May 2016. Previously, Neil held the position of Production Unit Manager at Heineken UK from September 2009 to May 2016, and before that, served as Shift Operations Manager at Unilever from April 2006 to September 2009. Neil began their career as Section Manager at Kraft Jacobs Suchard, a role held from August 1986 to December 2005. Educational background includes studies at Bridgend College of Technology and Brynteg Comprehensive School.
