Linda Pham is a seasoned professional in pricing and proposals, currently serving as Senior Manager at WEP Clinical since August 2024. In this role, Linda develops and executes pricing strategies, drafts high-quality proposals, conducts P&L analytics, and ensures compliance with contractual terms. Prior to WEP Clinical, Linda held various proposal management positions at ObvioHealth, Syneos Health, ICON plc, Abt Associates, and Ideal Innovations, demonstrating expertise in proposal development, budgeting, and training junior staff. Linda began a career in financial analysis with positions at Credit Suisse, specializing in operations and data integrity management, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from North Carolina State University.
