Ross Robins is an experienced director with a demonstrated history of driving operational growth and sales in the retail sector, currently serving as the Director of Operations and Sales Director at Wenzel's the Bakers Ltd. since March 2019. Ross has successfully led a team of 8 Area Managers to achieve consistent year-on-year growth, even during challenging periods like the Covid-19 pandemic. Previously, Ross held various roles, including Regional Sales Manager, Training and Development Manager, and Area Manager, where a commitment to perfection and team empowerment were key focuses. Before joining Wenzel's, Ross served in the British Army as a Training Specialist, adeptly training new recruits under high-pressure conditions.
