Georgia Simmons is an experienced educator currently serving as Head of House and English and Philosophy Teacher at Wenona School since June 2021. Prior to this role, Georgia was the Owner and Founder of Little Thoughts Co. from January 2018 to January 2021, focusing on destigmatizing mental illness through the creation of empathy and Check In cards. Georgia's earlier experience includes teaching at Roseville College from January 2011 to December 2017, where responsibilities encompassed teaching HSC courses, serving as Debating Coordinator, and participating in various committees, while also earning a nomination for The Teacher’s Guild of New South Wales award. Georgia's teaching career began at North Sydney Girls High School in 2010. Georgia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Sydney and completed studies at the University of Technology Sydney.
