Sian Mason is a Talent Partner currently with Enode, where Sian is the first Talent hire, contributing to the company's mission of optimizing the world's energy devices for a sustainable energy system. Prior to this, Sian held the role of Talent Partner at Sylvera, scaling teams across multiple regions, and successfully leading an employer branding project. Experience also includes positions at dxw and SparkChange, focusing on climate-tech recruitment. Sian's career began in law enforcement as a T. Detective Constable with Sussex Police and included retail experience at kikki.K. Sian holds a BSc in Archaeology from the University of Southampton.
