Lisa Tenerelli Smith is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in executive, franchise, and employee communications across major corporations. Currently serving as Vice President of System Communications at The Wendy's Company since March 2015, Lisa leads communications initiatives for U.S. operations. Prior roles include Senior Director of System Communications at Kellogg Company, where responsibilities encompassed employee communications and brand PR activities for North America, along with leadership in internal communications. Additional experience includes working as Director of Associate Communications at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company and Director of Employee Communications at Whirlpool Corporation, where Lisa played a key role in significant organizational changes and M&A activities.
