Kaylee Trainor is an experienced instructional designer currently working at The Wendy's Company since June 2024, following a tenure at Westgate Resorts where roles included instructional designer and operations trainer. Previous experience includes various positions at Universal Orlando Resort, culminating in talent development trainer and team captain for attractions, where responsibilities involved training, project management, and conflict resolution. Kaylee's career began with internships and roles in customer service as a florist intern at Atmosphere's Floral and Decor and a deli team member at Target. Kaylee holds a Bachelor of Science in Event Management from the University of Central Florida – Rosen College of Hospitality Management, obtained in 2015.
