Diego Dalmaso has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Diego'smost recent position is as a Design Lead at weme, where they started in October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Service and Business Designer at weme from March 2022 to October 2022. Before joining weme, they served as a Partner Strategic Design Consultant at Mútua, starting in February 2022.
From 2020 to 2022, Diego worked at ioasys, first as a Service & Strategic Design Guild Lead, where they focused on design and innovation corporate culture implementation, guidelines, and best practices sharing. Later in the same company, they took on the role of Service & Strategic Designer, focusing on strategic design and service design.

Diego Dalmaso's education history begins in 2012 when they attended the Universidade do Porto, where they pursued an Underdegree in Communications Science. Diego completed this program in the same year. In 2009, they enrolled at the Universidade Federal do Pará and obtained an Underdegree in Social Communications with a focus on Advertising and Propaganda, which they completed in 2013.
In 2016, Diego pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Innovation Strategies and Entrepreneurship at IED Barcelona. This program lasted for one year.
Most recently, from 2019 to 2021, Diego attended Istituto Europeo di Design - IED São Paulo, specializing in Strategic Design and Innovation.
