Mariana Aguirre is a professional with extensive experience in entrepreneurship, compliance, and nutrition. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana has developed an online store focusing on organic products for body care and environmental well-being. Concurrently, Mariana has been serving as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, and practicing as a Nutritionist at a private clinic from February 2016 to 2019. Mariana also contributed as a university lecturer in applied mathematics for nutrition and food history at a labor training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Educational qualifications include a Diplomatura in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor’s degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
