Kathleen Roser has extensive experience in the field of community support and management, currently serving as Service Manager at Wellways Australia since July 2017 and holding the additional title of National Manager Contact Centre Operations for Wellways Carer Gateway. Prior to this role, Kathleen worked at House with No Steps from March 2005 to July 2017, where positions included Support Manager overseeing the Community Justice Program and Service Coordinator managing two accommodation services. Kathleen began their career as a Support Worker, providing community support and accommodation services. Educationally, Kathleen graduated from Keira High School in 1989.
