Daniel Turley is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as SVP and Head of Outpatient Medical at Welltower™ Inc. since January 2022. Previously, Turley was a Senior Managing Director at JLL from May 2012 to January 2022, where responsibilities included leading the Healthcare sector within the Capital Markets Group. Turley’s extensive background also includes roles as Vice President at Bank of America, Senior Analyst at CB Richard Ellis, and Assistant Vice President at Countrywide Commercial Real Estate Finance, alongside foundational experience at Eurohypo AG and Merrill Lynch. Turley holds a Master's degree in Urban Planning from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in Urban Studies from Arizona State University, with additional studies at Brown University.
