Lori Mayeda is an experienced Operations Data Analyst currently employed at iES MACH since January 2020. In this role, Lori manages the onboarding process for new accounts, assists with meter configurations, and maintains tariff rate updates, while also providing customer support and addressing inquiries from the accounting department. Previously, Lori worked at MACH Energy from August 2015 to December 2019 as an Operations Technician, where responsibilities included processing energy and billing data, performing data validation, and supporting the Accounts Receivable department. Earlier experience includes a role as a Web Search QA at WorkforceLogic LLC, focusing on improving user experience through research. Lori's career began in retail, accumulating various customer service and inventory management skills. Lori holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from San Jose State University.
