John Gaganiaras is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various roles within the finance and investment sectors. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at WellStat, a Gainline Capital Partners portfolio company since August 2018, John has previously worked in strategy and corporate development at Moneris from January 2017 to August 2018. As a co-founder of The Baro from June 2015 to January 2017, John demonstrated entrepreneurial skills, while prior positions include Private Equity Associate roles at Fulcrum Capital Partners Inc. and CAI Capital Partners between 2012 and 2015, and an Analyst position at Fresco Investments from 2009 to 2011. John holds a Master of Finance from the Schulich School of Business at York University and a Bachelor of Commerce focused on Human Resource Management and International Business from the Ted Rogers School of Management at Toronto Metropolitan University.
