Ann-Charlotte Ryrman began their work experience as a Method Developer for Microelectronics at Ericsson Microwave System AB in 1994. Ann-Charlotte later became a Group Manager for Microelectronics Production and then a Manager for Method and Production Technology at the same company. In 2005, they joined Astra Tech as a Manager for Continuous Improvements until 2008. Ann-Charlotte then became a Manager for Projects and Production Technology for Urology at Astra Tech AB from 2009 to 2011. Following that, they joined Wellspect HealthCare as the Head of Production Technology Urology until 2017, when they became the Head of Technical Product Management. In their roles, they were responsible for managing departments, introducing new production processes, implementing changes, and overseeing technical documentation.
Ann-Charlotte Ryrman attended Chalmers University of Technology from 1990 to 2000. During this time, they studied for a Master of Science degree, which they completed in 1995. Ann-Charlotte did not pursue any specific field of study or obtain a degree during their earlier years at the university. In January 2023, they obtained a certification in OneNote Quick Tips from LinkedIn.
